New Homes Rebate
 New homes builders will pay up to a 3% commission to Real Estate Agents or Brokers because we are able to bring them potential new homes buyers. Help Sell Real Estate will pay $2,000 to Buyers for giving us the opportunity to help them to buy the new home. There are four easy steps to your cash rebate for a new home:
1- Before introducing yourself to the Builders' Office, you must contact us with the home Builder information.
2- Buyers must register with us to participate in our Rebate program. You are asked to sign a Buyers' Agency Agreement with the terms for your Rebate. This Buyers' Rebate is only paid if you are represented by Help Sell Real Estate. Call us now to Register (916) 632-3700.
3- We must accompany you to Builder's Office to register our name Help Sell Real Estate as your Real Estate Broker.
4- We will credit Buyers' Rebate at close of escrow.
Resale Homes Rebate
Register with us to participate in our Rebate Program. Buyers must sign a Buyers' Agency Agreement with the terms for your Rebate. Help Sell Real Estate will pay $2,000 to our Buyers for giving us the opportunity to help them to buy the home.
In order to qualify for a rebate, when Buyers visit open houses or make a call other real estate brokers, you should always mention that you are represented by Help Sell Real Estate. This cash rebate is paid to Buyers at close of escrow.
